Picture data
This dialog page allows you to edit the most of editable picture
data:
- Date - picture date. Date format is determined from Windows' regional settings. If there are no data about
picture date the field remains empty.
- Time - Picture time. If there no data about picture time leave the field empty.
- Place - place of picture events. Dropdown list displays all previously entered values.
- Film nuber or name - number that the film being assigned while processing, or name given to it by you.
Dropdown list displays all previously entered values.
- Frame number - no comments.
- Author - author's or photographer's name. Dropdown list displays all previously entered values.
- Description - brief picture description suitable for displaying while viewing.
- Notes - all data not suitable for other fields.
- Media name or code - picture file media name (eg CD-ROM number). Dropdown list displays all previously
entered values.

A number of pictures at once
PhoA supports editing picture data for any number of pictures simultaneously. For this page the
following simple scheme used:
- If some property is the same across all the selected pictures, then the corresponding entry field will be
of white color (or of window color to be precise).
- If a property's values differ between selected pictures, the corresponding field will be of gray color (or
of 3D-objects' color). If you change this field's data the property will be synced for all selected pictures, and
the field will become white. Otherwise the property values will remain unchanged (and different,
respectively).
You may search pictures by these data afterwards.
